PROJECT SUMMARY
The Factory is a shopping, dining, and leisure destination in Wake Forest. The design team worked with the client to take inventory of the existing signage and analyze pedestrian and vehicular circulation. The current branding was reviewed and material, type, and graphic recommendations were provided. The package identified signage opportunities, and provided a conceptual wayfinding plan to improve navigation for visitors and clarify the development's identity into a cohesive brand.
