PROJECT SUMMARY
This project is located within the 104-acre Genesis site at the northwest corner of the Durham Freeway and East Cornwallis Road, within the RTP. The "living lab" concept for the DPR Triangle office is complemented by a landscape designed for socialization, company events, and future growth. Outdoor amenities include entry signage, a plaza, seating, open lawns, gardens, and parking. Large doors open onto the central green, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space for corporate events. The project achieved Net-Zero Energy, WELL Silver, and LEED certifications.
