PROJECT SUMMARY
The site for this project led the development in the 104-acre Genesis site at the northwest quadrant of the Durham Freeway and East Cornwallis Road within the RTP. The ‘living lab’ concept for the DPR Triangle office is complemented by a landscape designed for socialization, company events, and future development. Outdoor amenities include entry signage, plaza, outdoor seating, open lawn, garden planting and parking. Large doors central to the office open up onto the central green to provide an indoor-outdoor space for corporate events. The project achieved Net-Zero Energy, WELL Silver and LEED certification.
