PROJECT SUMMARY

The Branding Concept and Site Strategy for the Point expanded upon a preliminary plan by others to create a unified vision and strategy for the site. The client engagement experience started with a site visit to identify ecological assets and critical areas to preserve. The package reframes the identify of the site through the lens of its ecological assets and provides a coordinated network of amenity spaces organized by program that encourages neighbors to connect with nature and have diverse experiences throughout different seasons. This site branding exercise set the stage for schematic design and the permitting phases of the project.
