PROJECT SUMMARY​
The Branding Concept and Site Strategy for the Point built upon an initial plan to establish a cohesive vision for the site. The engagement process began with a site visit to identify key ecological assets and preservation priorities. The strategy reframes the site’s identity through its natural features, creating a network of amenity spaces that encourage community interaction with nature across all seasons. This branding effort laid the foundation for the project’s schematic design and permitting phases.
